In the old Palau de Pinós de Bagà there is a permanent exhibition on Catharism and the medieval period in the town of Bagà, where through different characters, the link between the Cathars and these regions is explained, allowing the viewer to learn about the rich past of the historical capital of Alt Berguedà.
The Medieval and Cathar Centre hosts a permanent exhibition that takes a historical journey through the lives of some of the characters who were part of this religious movement, between the 10th and 14th centuries, which found a place of refuge in Berguedà. It also allows you to better understand one of the most famous legends in the area, that of the Rescue of the Hundred Maidens.
A very entertaining 1:30 hour visit, ideal for both families and groups!
