For those who don't know me, I have been a professional MTB athlete for many years. I have trained on roads, and above all, on mountain paths; that is why I know every corner very well, especially the Bages, Berguedà and Solsonès areas.

Lands where the Path of the Good Men begins, which recalls the migration routes of the Cathars or fugitive good men.  What we will actually see is not just a historical path. Today, what we will find is a grandiose landscape with a biodiversity typical of the altitude and southern Pyrenees, welcoming routes with an elaborate gastronomy, Romanesque churches and fortified villages that evoke the lives of good men, also called the true Christians.
